Executive Assessment (Ref. RPA-EA) Intended for Senior Management to provide a strategic view of the entire business enterprise. The Executive Assessment includes the CEO Results & Key Findings Report, an Executive Results & Key Findings Report for the entire Executive Team and a Validation and Action Planning (VAP) Session which identifies the Organisation Priorities, Objectives, Resource Requirements, Project Ownership and Milestones to enable immediate action on the Assessment Findings.
Executive & Organisation Assessment (Ref. RPA-EO) Includes the Executive Assessment as described above and also captures the perspective of the Organisation's Workforce. The Organisation Assessment includes the Organisation Results & Key Findings Report comparing Executive versus Workforce responses.
Small Business Assessment (Ref. RPA-SB) Intended for use by Small Companies who have not yet developed the formal infrastructure typically developed in larger organisations. The Express Assessment includes the Small Business Results & Key Findings Report comparing Executive versus Workforce responses.
