RTE FAX for Microsoft Exchange allows you to prepare your message - complete with attachments from your client messaging service - and send them as an Email or a fax. Just select the name of your correspondent from one of your Exchange or Outlook "Contacts" address books, along with your correspondent's Email address or fax number. You can benefit from enhanced functions by using one of the forms provided, enabling you to select a cover page and sending options (time, priority, resolution and billing account).
