OL Folders supplies exactly this access, using the common Outlook data file (PST). OL Folders includes an integrated Mail Server for internal and external Emails, so OL Folders is not just a synchronisation program, it is a "Store Provider" like MS Exchange Server and it operates directly with MS Outlook. A Synchronisation Utility - WSynchronisation - for Notebooks and Home Workstations is also available.
All co-workers can use the same contacts. Each co-worker can see who has which date or who is busy with which task. They have all the functionality on this central Outlook as in a personal Outlook file - including Write Rights, Reader-Genuine or Rules Assistant.
OL Folders is also is also a solution for Lotus Notes or Novell GroupWise users, who would like to change to Outlook.
